City Wide Property Services began in 2000 as a small, garage-based pressure washing operation founded by Albert Rodriguez. As clients recognized the value of working with a trusted partner, they requested more from City Wide—first expanding from sweeping and pressure washing to broader maintenance services, and later to specialized offerings like parking lot striping, graffiti removal, locksmith services, and landscape development.
